Details
My client Mark was in a unique position. He had been operating his business for years, but due to the nature of his work, he never found it necessary to have a logo or branding.
Fast-forward to today. In efforts to begin scaling his company, Mark hired me to design a brand identity, and here are some of the takeaways I had during our discovery phase.
1. First impressions are important and we need to stand out from the competition.
2. The brand needs to feel luxurious and exude authority.
3. Make it trustworthy.
With that in mind, I jumped right into the design phase! These are a lot of my early ideas before refining them.
Look, I'm not trying to say all my ideas are good, but we did find 4 versions we were happy with.
But, with almost no hesitation, Mark chose Option 1! In fact, he was so happy with the logo, that he had zero revisions to request, and we wrapped up the project shortly afterward. Here's the final logo we ended up with.
And what case study would be complete without a bunch of extra mockups!?
